Tournament Rules
Tournament administrators have final authority regarding rules, scheduling, disputes, and technical issues.
All players must be ranked Master or below in the current season to participate in tournaments.
All players must pay the $5 registration fee to participate
A player must compete for only one team during each unique tournament. Account sharing is prohibited.
Each team consists of 5 starting players. Teams may also designate a substitute player during registration.
Players must register using their correct League of Legends Riot ID and region.
Teams are responsible for ensuring that all registered players are eligible before the tournament begins.
Each team must designate a team captain during the registration period.
The team captain serves as the primary point of contact for tournament administrators.
Roster changes after registration closes require tournament administrator approval.
A player may not be added to a roster after the team has begun its first tournament match unless specifically authorized by tournament staff.
Substitute players may only participate if they are officially registered or approved by tournament staff.
Teams must be ready to play at their scheduled match time.
Players should be in the tournament Discord and available for communication before their scheduled match.

Teams are expected to begin the match promptly once both teams and tournament staff are ready.
Tournament administrators may adjust match times when necessary to accommodate technical problems, broadcast requirements, or tournament delays.
Spectators: Tournament officials and approved broadcasters only
Once champion select begins, teams must follow the standard draft process.
If an incorrect champion, summoner spell, or rune is selected due to a technical issue, the team should immediately notify tournament staff. Reasonable accommodations will be made for genuine error.
Tournament staff may require a remake when an issue occurs before the game has meaningfully begun.
Deliberate exploitation of champion select errors is prohibited.
If a team is unable to perform a role or champion swap due to a technical issue, tournament administrators may remake the lobby and ensure all picks are preserved.
A remake may be ordered at the discretion of tournament administrators when:
A significant technical issue prevents a player from properly participating.
A game client/server issue materially affects the match.
A tournament lobby was improperly configured.
Abuse of the pause system is prohibited.
Pauses are intended for legitimate technical or emergency issues.
If a player disconnects, tournament staff will determine whether a remake, continuation, or other resolution is appropriate.
Once a result has been officially recorded, it may only be changed if tournament staff determines that an administrative or technical error occurred.
A team may forfeit a game or match by:
Failure to appear for a scheduled match
Failure to check in
Insufficient eligible players
Repeated refusal to follow tournament instructions
Deliberate abandonment of a match
Unless otherwise announced, a team that is more than 15 minutes late without communicating with tournament staff may be subject to a forfeit.
Prohibited chat behavior includes:
Harassment
Hate speech
Threats
Discrimination
Excessive verbal abuse
Targeted harassment of opponents, staff, casters, or spectator
Normal competitive trash talk is permitted provided it does not cross into harassment, threats, discrimination, or other prohibited conduct.
Players may not intentionally use an opposing team’s stream or broadcast to obtain information about the ongoing game.
Players who independently stream their matches are responsible for complying with tournament instructions regarding stream delay and competitive integrity.
If an unforeseen situation occurs that is not explicitly addressed by these rules, tournament staff will make a reasonable decision based on:
Competitive fairness
The integrity of the tournament
The published rules and their intended purpose
Tournament organizers may modify these rules when necessary to address unforeseen circumstances, game updates, technical problems, or tournament integrity concerns.
Teams will be seeded in the bracket based on their team's average current rank.
Failure to comply may result in penalties up to and including disqualification.
Players, team staff, and tournament personnel may not place wagers on matches in which they have a competitive or administrative interest.
Participants may not provide inside information for the purpose of influencing wagers.
Captains can report their team's score.
